Ritu Verma (ritu@cosmosconsulting.in) is the Business Head at Cosmos Consulting. She has over 15 years of experience in the areas of Business Planning & Strategy, Recruitment & Team Management and Key Account Management. Throughout her career, she has maintained unwavering focus on Service Excellence in all client relationships. She holds a PGDBM (Finance) from IMI, Delhi and Economics (Hons) from Lady Sri Ram College, Delhi. She also holds a Diploma in Insurance from CII, UK.


She has successfully executed searches on challenging & high-impact leadership positions for varied industry segments & verticals. She has an innate capability of connecting with people and is a trusted advisor to both clients & candidates.
